Add your students.
Paste, import a CSV, or type them in. Each one gets a profile, a parent contact, and a weekly recurrence by default.

Connect Stripe.
Settings → Integrations → Connect Stripe. Three minutes through Stripe Express onboarding. Payouts hit your own bank account, never ours.

Generate the first invoice.
On Studio, monthly invoices auto-generate from each student's recurring lessons. On Pay-as-you-earn, you click "Generate" once a month. Either way, the parent gets a pay-link email.

Watch overdue follow-ups run themselves.
Seven days late = friendly nudge. Fourteen = firmer reminder. Thirty = final notice with payment plan offer. All logged per student, all editable.

FAQ
Billing questions.
Do you charge per invoice?
No. Invoices are unlimited on every plan. The only fee on card payments is the 2% platform fee on Pay-as-you-earn — which goes to 0% on Studio and Academy.
Where do card payments land?
Directly in your bank account via Stripe Connect — typically 2 business days after the payment. We don't hold funds on your behalf.
What about cash, Venmo, or Zelle?
Record them manually in Segnoly. The invoice still shows paid/partial/overdue status, and your books stay accurate. No fee on manual payments.
Can I customize my cancellation policy?
Yes — default is 24h late-cancel / charge / generate-makeup, but every field is editable in Settings. The engine recomputes makeup credits automatically.
What happens to the 2% fee on the Studio plan?
On Studio ($79/mo) and Academy ($149/mo) the platform fee is 0%. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ in the US) like any direct Stripe merchant.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, import your students, start invoicing. No onboarding call required unless you want one.
