Why three tiers?
Each tier maps to a real studio shape. PAYE = you're trying it. Studio = you're a real solo teacher and want to look professional. Academy = you run a small school and want a team + brand identity.
What if I outgrow Studio?
Switch to Academy from the billing portal — prorated, takes effect immediately.
What if I need more than 5 teachers on Academy?
$19/seat/mo beyond the 5 included. Billed monthly even on annual plans, prorated when teachers are added or removed.
Do you charge VAT?
EU customers see VAT applied at checkout based on country (Stripe Tax). US customers don't see VAT. Receipts include the VAT breakdown.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc). Annual plans also accept SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade and you're billed pro-rated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrade and the change takes effect at the next renewal — you keep the features until then.
What happens to my custom domain if I downgrade?
It drops back to your segnoly.com/s/<slug> URL. Your landing page content stays. Re-upgrade to Academy to re-enable.
What if my students stop paying?
PAYE is free, so nothing happens to your access. Subscribers keep their plan as long as the monthly charge goes through. If your card fails, we retry for 7 days then drop you to PAYE — no data loss.
Is there a refund policy?
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid month and you're unhappy, we refund that month, no questions. After that, cancellations stop the next bill but don't refund the current one.
