Students and lessons import cleanly. Historical invoices are messier — most teachers just keep them in MyMusicStaff for reference and start fresh in Segnoly. PDF copies of paid invoices are fine to keep.
That’s their refund policy. Run Segnoly free on Pay-as-you-earn (up to 25 students) until your MyMusicStaff term ends, then switch fully. No need to double-pay.
Stripe Customer records don’t transfer between Stripe Connect accounts. The first time a parent pays a Segnoly invoice they re-enter their card; it saves there for next time.
